"Dear Mr. Stanford Blank, I'm writing this letter to let you know that the crew that installed my windows did an outstanding job. There was 1 slight problem with one of my AC inserts, But the young man Jason went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He came on his own time because of my work schedule. He is a very polite and hard working young man. I think that Jason is a great asset to Wallside, he even told me he enjoys his work and loves working at Wallside. More companies need employees like him.
