Once the windows are custom-built, the installation crew will complete the job at your home.

What do I need to do to prepare for new window installation?

Clear the area around the windows that are set to be replaced, including blinds and furniture. Remove items from off of the wall. We’ll take care of the rest and leave you with brand new windows and no mess to clean up.


What happens on window installation day?

Homeowners will receive a call between 7-9 a.m. with the time an installation crew will arrive. The crew will cover furniture and floors with tarp or plastic to protect them from any debris. Installers take precautions to prevent any damage during window removal. Aluminum trim and high-quality QUAD® WINDOW foam insulation is added to protect the structure. Windows are remeasured, placed and tested to ensure they open and close properly. Caulk, sills and moldings are added, if ordered. Installers then take time to clean the area and answer any questions about how to use the new windows.
