I have had my windows for about 10 years and when a window appear to be losing it's seal, I just emailed them from their site. They called me within an hour and had a new window installed in about 2 weeks! The installer was a regular Wallside employee and so nice and did such a great job. I was so impressed with their reaction to the warranty call! I just never dreamed a company would be this GOOD about fulfilling a warranty! Thanks Wallside! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
