The challenges posed by the COVID-19 health crisis have required us to refine the ways in which we do business. We’re up to the challenge, armed with new safety procedures and ready to continue our work to serve your window replacement needs.
We are serious about safety.
At Wallside, our work areas have been redesigned and expanded to allow social distancing from the factory floor through to the office. Face coverings are now required within our Factory and employees are encouraged to make the most of video, email and phones for safe and efficient communication.
These safety measures extend to our customer’s homes, too.
For those considering new vinyl replacement windows, our sales representatives can provide free estimates in several ways to ensure safety. We’re offering virtual estimates, curbside estimates or in-home estimates – using social distancing.
Our service technicians, measure technicians and installers all have a safety plan in place.
Our installers will arrive on site equipped with cleaning and sanitizing supplies and masks. Nearly all of our window installs are completed in a single day. And, we’ll be sure to minimize interaction with homeowners while we’re on site to the greatest extent possible.
