To whom it may concern: I just wanted to tell someone what an amazing job your inspector did and how polite and professional and honest he was. I know most people are so fast to tell how a company how bad they are but yet never take the time to say how good they are. I have used Wallside several times, from personal home to investment homes, and each time I was impressed with the service from start to finish. It's so refreshing to be able to call a company when there is an issue with their product and not have to convince them there is something wrong with it, they just live up to their warranty and honor it. I have experienced so many headaches with so many well know major companies trying to fight me to not honor their warranty or allow me to return a product or even fix something that was defected. Not with your company, it was such a simple experience. I am truly going to continue to give Wallside all my business and refer any associates I maybe able to, to your company. Thanks again for making my day easier and the replacement experience so simple, continue the great work!
