"To Whom It May Concern: I have been meaning to write this letter for some years now. I had my windows installed in 1985 and I must say that I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Wallside Windows over the years. The company has really stood behind their product. I have always been satisfied with the way I've been treated and how every problem I have had has always been taken care of. I'm also happy with the way I've been treated on the phone, also by the servicemen sent out to my home. I want to particularly commend your serviceman Marlin, who has been out to my home the last few times. He has been very courteous. Because of this have referred numerous customers to Wallside Windows over the years. Keep up the good work!
